The most common questions about ordering, delivery and payment. Ask anything else on WhatsApp.
How do I order?
Tap the "Order on WhatsApp" button on the product page, fill in the "Pre-order" form or call us. The product name, delivery address and time, and your card message are enough. There is no online payment; the sender pays by bank transfer or in our shop.
Do you deliver the same day?
Yes. Orders placed before 17:00 are delivered the same day. For later hours ask us on WhatsApp; we usually manage.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Sefaköy, Küçükçekmece, Halkalı, Avcılar, Bahçelievler, Bakırköy, Başakşehir, Bağcılar, Esenyurt and Beylikdüzü. Delivery within Küçükçekmece is free; fees for other districts are quoted when you order.
Can I send flowers to a hospital?
Yes; we deliver regularly to hospitals in and around Küçükçekmece. Send us the patient's name, ward/room number and visiting hours. Note that intensive care units do not accept flowers.
Will the product look like the photo?
Every bouquet is hand-made after you order; greenery and wrapping may vary slightly with the season. The main flowers, quantities and colours match the photo. If a change is needed, we let you know beforehand.
Can I add a card message?
Yes, free of charge. Write your message on WhatsApp or in the pre-order form; we send the envelope with the bouquet. We can leave the sender's name out if you wish.
Who pays, the sender or the recipient?
Always the sender; the recipient is never asked to pay. Payment is by bank transfer (we send the IBAN with your pre-order) or in our shop. There is no online payment and we never ask for card details.
How quickly can an opening wreath be set up?
For same-day orders, 3 hours' notice is enough. The ribbon message and set-up are included; send us the business name and message on WhatsApp.
Can I design my own bouquet?
Yes. On the "Design Your Bouquet" page you choose the flowers, quantities, wrap and ribbon; the design reaches us as a WhatsApp message, we confirm the price and prepare it.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes. We take bulk orders for wedding venues, hotels, restaurants, companies and schools. Choose products and quantities on the Wholesale page and we will reply with a quote the same day.
